That’s why we set up our transmission and engine testing competence center for you in 2011. Qualified experts are available around the clock, 7 days a week. They provide clear answers and implementable solutions for your specific task by telephone and Internet connection. They will immediately and reliably take care of the exact damage diagnosis – no matter where your test object is located. The highly specialized red-ant software and our extensive damage databases help our specialists to interpret the received vibration signals accurately.

Three service packages are available to provide you with the service that’s right for your needs and budget. Choose the package that best fits your needs, and combine it with additional services such as telephone or personal on-location support.

When you purchase a red-ant product for early failure detection or quality control, a service package is also offered.

red-ant support staff use Internet or ISDN access to dial into the measurement system on-site via secure lines. Users and red-ant employees can view and operate the system together. Questions from the user can be answered directly on the measuring device. This ensures fast response times and optimal knowledge transer. red-ant supports all major remote diagnostic tools (Remote Desktop, NetViewer, TeamViewer, VNC, PC-Anywhere, NetMeeting and many more).

On-site support: checking the condition of the hardware and software of the measuring system, in order to guarantee trouble-free continuous operation; calibration of sensors; general maintenance.

In case of technical problems, the customer can speak directly to the developer at red-ant. This guarantees fast help.

Costs:
Standard package: 5%
Premium Package: 12%
Flat rate: 30%

24h hardware exchange service: 2% of the order value of the measuring system costs (hardware and software, including sensors). Services such as commissioning, customer-specific adjustments and discounts are not relevant for determining the costs of the support contract.

TERMS OF CONTRACT

The duration of the service contract is generally for one calendar year (1.1.xx-31.12.xx). It is automatically extended by one year if red-ant has not received a cancellation note by October 31st of the contract year. red-ant will invoice in November for the cost of the support contract for the following year.
