We have created an ideal noise measurement system for function test stands with high-performance control in the form of MIG16 AQS measurements and real-time calculations for complex NVH indicators are performed by MI16 AQS IS. These indicators are transferred to the test stand computer, which takes good/bad decisions based on threshold values. MIG16 QS guarantees the maximum protection against downtime thanks to its heartbeat and watchdog functions, however it remains transparent in terms of its complexity - and thus also its costs.

MIG16 AQS is the perfect solution for test stands with high-performance control. Your benefit: Management of thresholds and decisions on good or bad decisions in test runs are not calculated by the system itself but by the control unit of the test stand. This results in a significant reduction in the complexity of the system and also its costs, however without reducing the security against downtime. The measurement signals received are summarized as "multi-indicators" forming meaningful indicators, in order to give you a swift overview of the signal structure. The multi-sensor function in MIG16 AQS allows the simultaneous processing of several measurement points, signals, and secondary values.

The total noise level of a test item is not only to be observed with regard to sound engineering. It is often the case that an untypical level of total noise points towards production shortcomings or incorrect operating conditions during testing.

MIG16 AQS identifies the noise level of a test item by forming effective values (RMS) from the measured structure-borne noise.

MIG16 AQS also identifies all audible abnormalities - objectively and universally. The levels, frequency characteristics, and timing of each abnormality are possible. In addition, that also applies to abnormalities that are inaudible by the human ear.
